Insane kick serve! would love to hear more clarification on the stances. Especially the flat vs kick and if it's different for platform vs pinpont. Thanks.

At the 3:54 when he’s talking about his grip he says “I like to use a Continental but more turned over to Eastern.” I think it’s important to specify that he’s talking about turning it more towards a Eastern Backhand grip. Beginners are watching this and you give them any excuse to continue using a forehand grip when serving no matter how misconstrued and they’ll run with it. “ Its ok to serve with a forehand grip ChangBang Tennis said it’s ok.” Most of this generation of rec players don’t realize that serving with a backhand grip is even a actual thing.

Yeah I do the same thing on my second serve, just ever so slightly more towards eastern backhand. Easier to get a brush on the ball when tossing it more behind and to the left.

Maybe think about accelerating the racket more. I don't really think about accelerating with my wrist, if that makes sense/
