Been a rough month with the kids going back to school, coaching, and getting sick. Went through this on the weekend, after recovering from being sick. Kicked my butt but in a good way! Really appreciate you guys making these. I'm sure they take a lot of effort and time. For someone like me though, they are invaluable. Look forward to the next one!

The best online training sessions are yours! Again i did to classes back to back. first the new elbow and then this, fantastisk! I used some of your combos in my last sparring, with great succes.

Love love your videos!! Used to do Krav Maga for years and a tough heavy bag class. All that disappeared with Covid. These videos have really saved me. So similar to my stamina bag classes in the past. Quick, fast paced, and you get a lot out of them! Thank you guys!!! 💪🏼

Wow this one was tough..! Need Pad holder to do moving flow drills! These are very good against a non moving opponent. Footwork drills.

I finally recovered from my surgery and I'm back to working out. The first thing I wanted to do was try this as soon as I was ready. Today was the day I finished this work out. It felt so good to be back. F*ck cancer.

I just had surgery so I'm recovering but when I slowly start healing up I will be doing this

hello, thanks for the training videos. They are and have been very useful and very challenging to get to the next level in my training. Thank you Master!! Can I please ask you...Where is the video with I think it was master wong and master someone else and it was two guys and two bannana bags. Remember you were saying dont worry if you dont have bannana bag you can do it on a normal punching bag etc. It started out with hopping front kicks with no power light contact then hopping roundhouses, then you went to non stop jabs, then some hand combos (boxing), then I think kick combos, like right roundhouse 3, 2, or roundhouse 1,2,3, i forget. Then it went left roundhouse, 2, 3, then to hopping roundhouses left and right, etc. It ended with non stop jabs and the video i believe was just under 30 minutes. I know it had been up for at least 2 years maybe longer

Hard to believe Teddy is a coach, damn it's been a while since I saw such bad kicks. Sorry, it's not to be disrespectful, it's just what it is. Celine should hold the coach title not Teddy.

Teddy is a very experienced fighter and coach. He has a lot of fights under his belt which brings a lot of injury as well. Injuries make difficult to do certain movements. So make sure to know who you are talking about before judging others. Learn to be kind my friend and not judge others without knowing their background.
