The guards are so wimpy they don't do the job that needs to be done!! Where are the Good guards they use to have before they let things go rotten? Wimpy Guards you are NOT earning your pay!! FIRE the GUARDS who have stopped yelling and telling people not to touch the poor horse!!

If you notice the horses are much calmer when people ( and groups) are not touching them. Back in the day when petting was not allowed the horse were no where as nervous as they are now.

The Guards can't yell or enforce anything unless they've been instructed to by their higher ups. You cannot go against orders in a military! They are *not* responsible for the tourists' stupidity.

The police can't afford to monitor everywhere at once, especially at such a busy place.

I would think that the police are more there for the purposes of a serious threat than crowd control of tourists who don't listen.

The guard did not do anything EVEN with when the young lad (who was in a danger of being squashed) stroked the sheath of his sword !!!! I think the guard had zond out to another planet. Utter disgraceful behaviour

Out of control ! Feel so bad for the beautiful horses and guardsmen......this is like a freaking photo shoot. Makes me so damn mad. London needs to ban all tourist from this site. I watch this with so much anger and sadness. The tourist make a mockery out of this English tradition.

Some of these people wave at the horse! Do they really think the horse is going to lift up it's hoof and wave back, no wonder they are called Tourons.

I mean the amount of people who crowd the horse to pet it, has dropped significantly. Still have a few annoyances who can’t even read a pictograph. Those can be dealt with by yelling.

Signs not helping , put barriers up so people cannot come in touching the horse . Is the British government so stupid the as t they cannot see it is not helping . Even if guard shout people just ignore them and laugh .

People, the guards are *not* responsible for the tourist' stupidity. They're just doing their job and following orders. Whether they can shout or not is up their higher ups. They're obviously not going to shout a little kid.

Es obvio que tienen ordenes de no llamar la atencion a los turistas, si te muerden es tu problema para eso cambiaron los carteles,puede que no entiendan el idioma, pero el dibujo tampoco? El primer guardia siempre estaba sonriente y ahora ya no ,sigue siendo lindo
