السلام علیکم محترم ڈاکٹر صاحب سر اپ نے مجھے dapagliflozin10mg دی اس سے پہلے مجھے شوگر نہیں تھی اب میرے پیشاب میں شوگر تھری پلس ا رہی ہے کوئی خطرے کی بات تو نہیں لیکن پروٹین یوریا کم ہوا ہے کیا یہ دوائی لینے سے مجھے شوگر ہو گئی اس سے Hba1c 5 تھی مجھے ٹینشن ہو رہی ہے کہیں مجھے شوگر تو نہیں ہوگی پلیز بتائیں 😢plzzz ans me sir

I am suffering from Nephrotic syndrome for about 4 to 5 years sir . I am a retired doctor and also suffering from depression with total loss of initiative and change in eating habits. I can't eat mutton beef but some tolerance of chicken cooked in a spcific way. Kindly give some information about pathophysiology of this psychological change. My diagnosis is increased antiphospholipase A2 receptor antibodies, which value is 534 . Kindly help me sir.

@@Nephchat , thanks a lot for the the reply sir. I have taken first cyclosporine more than 150 caps without any response to the disease clinically. Later, I started tacrolimus with excellent response. Edema and dyspnoea have gone and aplara test is with improved status. The main problem is psychological. I am master inpsychology from punjab university. I had requested for information about pathophysiology of psychological element in nephrotic syndrome sir. Please kindly help me in this regard and management also. Or refer to any book or any study relating to this issue sir.
