JI sir, this is all stereotype and actually racism against modern medicine. All good things have side effects, like cars have accidents, planes crash, every job has is occupational hazards. Similarly, modern medicines have their side effects that we are fully aware of, and if you take medicines under the supervision of a doctor, you save yourself from side effects. All the undue propaganda about side effects is from Hakims and Homeopathics, even our own medical groups like physiotherapist and psychologist claim that medicines have side effects. It is so sad a situation. In short, medicines have side effects just like Hakim's powder and Homeo drops have side effects, the difference is that doctors know the side effects of their medicines and Hakims and Homeos dont know.

AOA Sir, Dr Mansoor here, radiologist from RWP, A year back i was diagnosed with AIN, One said its due to uric acid, urine is bland, no protient, blood or sediments, my max CRT was 1.3 and at same time uric acid was 7.1, now last CRT was 0.97 and uric acid is 4.1, i m taking Go uric for last 10 months, should i continue it, as one nephrologist asked me to continue it otherwise u will face consequences.

I am not sure. what happened to you. But you need to improve your lifestyle and see if Uric acid improves with lifestyle alone. I dont think you need to use Gouric. But you have to watch your lifestyle and uric acid levels carefully.

Ji sir they are not doing biopsy because you are stage 5 CKD. At this stage, the risk of bleeding with biopsy is high and the results are not going to change anything.
