Kids & Cops DAY

SWAT call out right after finishing a shift?! Yes, please. This is one of the most important impressions we can make as police officers.
Kids & Cops is an annual event we participate in to bolster relationships with the children in our community. It is an extremely successful show that compels us to do more each year for the kids. We have everything from displays, games, vehicles, and even helicopters!
Just hours after the event coming to a close, we are already planing next year's fun times!

Great stuff! We definitely need more of this all across the country right now. So many kids are being brought up with such a terrible image of law enforcement being engrained in their heads nowadays. Just leads to more problems down the road. Happy to see you taking part in this. Keep it up!

Yearly we do Camp Blaze. We have various activities that as FD based, dunk tank, fire education and what not. Definitely a good time and I cant tell you how many parents have stated long after how much their kid enjoyed and are looking forward to next year. Things like that and what you did are pivotal in fighting back and letting kids see how we truly are vs what they maybe told. Also good to plant those seeds of interest in young for the future PD & FDers of tomorrow.
