Yes great recipe and I shall try it. Something different for my son too. He liked your olive oil cake when I made it. He lives with me now after my husband passed just after our 70th year wedding anniversary. Your videos are very enjoyable and helped much.

I made this tonight and it was delish! I cook for my elderly parents several nights a week & I’m always on the lookout for simple meals. I used to do this with kraut & serve applesauce or a baked apple on the side. Using fresh cabbage gives more texture and mixing the apple slices in with the rest of the skillet made it a much simpler and tastier approach. I made cornbread which we ate with a little sorghum on the side and yum! Cleanup was a breeze. Thanks for this. Love your videos!

I love kielbasa, especially off the grill! The Johnsonville better cheddar are kielbasa, in case anyone loves those but think they hate kielbasa. Once again, you provide a great original recipe, with a way to increase nutrition only cabbage can provide. Thank you!

I made this for supper tonight using our fermented cabbage we canned a couple of weeks ago. My wife and I really liked this recipe. It was so easy and quick, but more importantly, so delicious. It was better than using sauer kraut, and I love the kraut! We discovered your channel a week ago and truly enjoy every program. Thanks for sharing your love and passion with all of us that watch.

I want to thank you for the best Kielbasa and cabbage fish I've ever had! I do Weight Watchers and shared with our group. Since I used turkey kielbasa and one TBSP of butter, it was only five points per serving. Other than that, I followed the recipe and it was DELICIOUS!!! 😋🤤

Kielbasa is always on my menu no matter what time of year. If anyone thinks it's 'gross' they are not my friend. But I'm sure that will never happen. Reminds me of my visits to a bier garden that still leaves me with fond memories.

my aunt makes something similar to this. She browns the kielbasa, sautees onions in the same pan with butter, and then after the onions are softened a bit she adds red cabbage, cooks it down a abit, and adds the kielbasa. Then pours in some apple cider and braises the kielbasa and cabbage
