I'm 41 and I've been with my husband since I was 16. He was my first and only praise God. Kierra just gave wonderful advice. Sex confuses things. #LateCommentAlert I'm from Alabama and we don't normally bake our "yams", we cook them on the stove, so the oven baked was different for me. It really is a simple dish, we typically don't utilize the vanilla extract. Put the butter, Brown & White Sugar, Cinnamon OR Nutmeg, I personally add a little black pepper in mine, into the boiler with the yams. Small amount of water then cover.

I love these videos. Your mother is so right. Love and cherish your parents and grandparents while you still have them. Im 23 and lost both of my parents and all my grandparents and life looks and feels completely different. I also learned how to cook from all of them. Those memories made in the kitchen are beautiful. Cooking and remembering who taught you and that food is something I can share and pass down to my future children.
