Honestly the best part of the show. No put-on theatrics with playing their own stereotypes , just sitting around a table having a friendly arguement. You get the impression that this is what they're like when the cameras are turned off as well, and that's what really seals the deal on their Top Gear, I think. Honestly, the mums of Top Gear should have had their own series. Might not get them onto cars often without some assistance from the director, but they absolutely stole the show that episode and 100% nailed the verdict when the boys got it 100% wrong. They even rubbed it in further when they got the lads thinking like they do in their explaining of why they knew they were wrong. Mums (good ones like these and like mine) can be annoying for the most part -- especially when they stop you doing something, but they are almost always right. You'd be surprised how well-read they seem to be on issues they don't even care about. They're actually kind of scary in a way.

They got the first Pendine Sands verdict spot on. I'd have the Jaguar XKR out of the porsche and the BMW. The second Pendine Sands episode was a bit of a tough one for me because, I liked the Vauxhall Monaro very much. I love the excitement, the looks, the practicality, the space and the way it drifts through the corners, but, out of that, the Chrysler 300c and the Jaguar S type R, I'd have the Chrysler. It may not have won a single challenge, but, it's just so damn cool. When they went to Spain, I'd have gone for the McLaren because it's not the best looking, but, it makes up for that by being the most exciting, the fastest and the most powerful. I know the Audi proved to be the best, but, I've chosen the McLaren. The Best British Car film was good. I like the Morgan very much. I've always liked Morgan's, but, I think Clarkson chose the best car-the noble. May not be the best looking or the most practical, but, it's a great car and it's very exciting. Out of the Porsche Boxster, the BMW Z4 and the Honda S2000, I'd choose the Honda out of the 3. The Honda is the best looking, the most exciting, the cheapest, the most appealing, the best made and the coolest of the 3. I think Richard and James got it wrong choosing the porsche 911 over the Aston Martin V8 Vantage on the Isle of Man. I'm with Clarkson, you want a sports coupe, The Aston is the best and the one to go for. It's the most exciting, the best looking, the coolest, the best handling, the sharpest to drive, the loudest and just better. The V8 Vantage should have been car of the year 2005 and the coolest car of the year. In Iceland, I'd have gone for the Chrysler Crossfire because, it may not be the fastest, the most powerful or the most exciting, but, it's the best looking, the most comfortable, the most affordable and it should have been put in the cool section on the cool wall. I agree with their mothers, I'd have gone for the Jazz out of the Peugeot 1007 and the Renault Modus.
