Great workout!!! I am a sweaty mess! I really loved this format, mixing up the strength & cardio! I had to modify a few things (ankle) but I loved hitting my legs hard!!! Thank you for this workout - greatly improved my mood!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Great comprehensive workout...your legs are jelly and mine are boiled pasta...I used the bench in the jumping exercises. It was a strong challenge...well done my friend...your session was the end of my workout today.🎉🎉💥💥
