"KILLER" ADOBO - BEST FILIPINO ADOBO (with English subtitles)

Our friends call this as my "killer adobo" (^_^). Adobo is probably the most famous Filipino dish, It is a savoury dish that uses pork, chicken or a combination of both as the main ingredient.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo (2.2 pounds) PORK, CHICKEN (or you may use both chicken and pork together)
3 pieces chicken liver
1 1/2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 knorr chicken cube
1/2 cup vinegar (adjust according to taste) DO NOT STIR THE ADOBO AFTER ADDING VINEGAR, LET IT SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE STIRRING OR YOUR ADOBO WILL TASTE SOUR)
1/4 cup soy sauce (adjust according to taste)
2 pcs bay leaves
OPTIONAL INGREDIENT: hard boiled eggs
