I've been doing this for a month now and there's a HUGE difference. I've seen a little difference after 1 week but it's been a month now and my butt is round and lifted!!! THE BEST WORKOUT OUT THERE it's literally just 5 mins and it WORKS SO WELL!! In Gloria we trust!!

I started this workout this week, and I'm already seeing results ! My booty is definitely more toned, and a little bit lifted, which looks incredible because I didn't like the way it used to look (I felt like it wasn't really lifted or plump, especially in cargo trousers. And I tried one on this morning, and it looks incredible :) ), thank you so much !

YES PLEASE ITS FINALLY HERE I've been waiting for this vd to come since forever omggg its finally happening ☆・doing this workout until I get my booty ・☆ Day - 1 doing this only once but I'll try to do it twice when I'm getting used to it. Felt good, and doesn't sore afterward Question is it normal to feel the burn in your thigh? ・Took a break because of my period but I'm back at it ・ Day - 2 Gloria you are killing me. Definitely feel it in my thighs Love that burn(it doesn't sore like the other workouts ) My legs are dying Day - 3 YESS I did it HALF RAINBOWS are killing me but did it twice today. Great success!!! ・Ps: I'm doing this along with her Get lower abs and love handles workout I've been doing those for years and they work super well for me plus I hope this works too・ Day - 4 Only did once I'm getting used to this

i’m going to try this 5x a week, i don’t really have a specific time line for how long i’ll do it for, but i’ll say 2 weeks and if i see any sort of results then i’ll keep going!! i’m doing this work out and then 2 of gloria’s other ones for full body and waist so fingers crossed!! i’ll try to remember to update!! Day 1: finished ✅ i was honestly STRUGGLING because i did this straight after the other 2 workouts so i was already in pain lol but i finished it to the end despite literally shaking lol Day 2: i’m not going to lie, i stopped working out for like 5 days because i got busy, and then was just genuinely lazy lol, but i am BACK! and i did it today!! it didn’t hurt as much as last time so i’ll take that as a win and i hope i can stick to doing it again this time!!

I feel like I’m doing the donkey kicks wrong, the opposite leg I’m doing them with hurts, not the one I’m actually moving. Is that normal? Or am I out of balance?

Keep your body straight, not titled to the other side! I like to adjust my arms to make the upper body as straight as possible :) hope this helps x

Same!! donkey kicks are okay for me but the leg raises hurt most on the opposite side I guess we have to get used to it and balance it out

I have done this workout for 3 months straight, and yes. I have been seeing a huge difference! One quick question though. Does the hourglass booty and the killer booty workout output the same effect? Cause I was wondering if I should keep going with this workout or change to the hourglass booty one. Any suggestions anyone? I would gladly accept the offer! 😊

Why did you do 1 min and 30 seconds of the last donkey kicks but on the other leg only 40 seconds? am i the only one that realized that?

nothing bad is going to happen if you do this workout multiple times a day, you might feel sore. if you do feel sore you should take a day or two off. if you want to do this workout faster thats totally fine but i feel you should do this workout somewhat slow so you can feel the burn.

If I did the hourglass booty 7 minute workout, wouldn't that also lift my butt? Or would it be best to incorporate both workouts? It seems like certain exercises are repeated in a lot of the videos, so when trying to make a playlist to stick to, wouldn't this and the hourglass booty video achieve a similar purpose? I already have a natural hourglass shape, though, so I should probably do this one instead of the hourglass one anyways...

Hi! when i do the first exercise i can't feel it in my butt at all I'm squeezing all the way but that's just doesn't work and exercising midway back of my legs pull a tendon( idk if it's the right word i google translated it) basically my back of my legs feeling it can someone tell me what am i doing wrong i tried to change my position but that doesn't work too😢

Hi! Make sure you're keeping your hips and back straight and not swayed to one side. Your abs should be pulled in tight so you're not only working the back thighs. Normally when our glutes (butt muscle) isn't as used as our thigh muscles, it's more difficult to activate the glutes rather than the legs. Keep using this routine to build muscle and you'll slowly feel the burn in your booty more easily. Hope this helps!!
