@@smileyyyyy10 ooh i completly forgot , well my legs are definitely stronger ( last week I started another leg workout it helped too), I don't see any big changes (my thighs are a little more defined) I recommend to do it tho the only thing it can do is make your leg stronger maybe add weight if u want to gain more muscles :)

@@nathanli7273 My tip is to do it like 3 times a week and as u get stronger u can repeat the video 2 to 3 times per workout session (leg day) and do 5 minutes rrest between the 2-3 rounds , and even add dumbells if you feel like it's not as hard as it was before! Hope it helps :)

Hi Igor!, i've been doing this for 2 days now. I am able to do the squats, and the two Bulgarian splits squats just fine, but for the explosive squats and lunges + 3 sec hold doesn't work for me yet and i am unable to finish the workout. I'll try my best!! Thanks for the work out man 👍

first day after one month - at first I was unable to do all exercises but now I am able to do all exercises and my leg has become little stronger .

if my goal is to bulk up and have muscular body then I need to join gym or will these workouts be enough? Don't want to be hulk like body building professional though.

@@garrysingh3337 if you exercise,especially lifting heavy weights and eat in a calorie surplus (350-500 more calories than your maintenance calories)than you will gain muscle and eventually bulk up.It all depends on what you eat and the intensity of your workouts.Hope this helps,good luck!

I will be giving an update to you guys for 30 days: Day one: so painful…i woke up the next day and my legs were hurting me Day two: worse than the first day Day three: painful as hell Day four: workout is deadly as hell but the pain in my legs is finally gone…but still the workout keeps killing my legs Day five: the workout became easier and my legs feel strong Day six: workout is pretty intense but im feeling stronger Day 7: its been a week and im feeling great…my legs feel insanely stronger Day 8: im feeling like a machine…the workout is more like a joke to me now plus i started noticing some muscle on my legs Day 9: i slacked off a little bit but now im back and the workout killed my legs but muscles started showing up on my legs Day 10: done✅ Day 11: done✅ Day 12: done…my legs look so muscular and stronger Day 13: done✅ Day 14: done ✅ Day 15: done ✅ Day 16: done ✅ Day 17: done ✅ Day 18: done ✅ Day 19: done ✅ Day 20: done ✅ Day 21: done ✅ Day 22: sorry i stopped this workout coz i found a better workout i know that i said ill be doing this workout for 30 days but I didn’t but believe me the results will definitely show

I recommend having a 1 day rest day per muscle group (this day you can work with another set of muscles) however, you can do cardio every day tho.

this pandemic has been pretty hard on me. Got diagnosed with mild depression and was the lowest weight I've had in years. Ever since I have started to do these workouts, specifically the ultimate summer physique challenge, I have already seen amazing results. today I finally got back into schedule, I was out for 1 1/2 months, after terrible covid and severe allergies season, I was able to complete the whole video with extra stamina, not bad considering I wasn't able to finish the video without breaks about 2 years ago, I was set back but still strong enough to finish it like a champ.
