Nice, I am watching you from couple of months as well follow your training plans but I have a small suggestions if you don't mind to consider... It would be more better to mention the exercises name with sets and reps (for each muscles when do your workout) ... It will be easy for us especially for beginners to understand and do it in a proper way... Thanks 😊👍
