It functions much like the M99 for Sharpshooter in that it just gets rid of any problem the moment you pull the trigger, except you trade all that range and piercing power for the ability to have it be usable against other zeds too and for a lower weight.

My favorite money efficient build for the sharpshooter is the M14 and the crossbow. The M14 can efficiency deal with small zeds and the crossbow with the right skills can or almost can two hit decap big zeds, with the ability to stun skrakes on headshot. And the best part is that they are extremely ammo efficient allowing you to donate money to your teammates and/or save up for more expensive builds.

I find that the crossbow takedown takes too long in pub games, and this extended time to deal with large zeds always results in someone doing something stupid to redirect aggro, mainly against FPs. Having the FNFAL is much better simply because you can handle big zeds faster and avoid getting into a situation where it will redirect its attention elsewhere. In a coordinated team, however, I think M14 + crossbow is a slightly better loadout compared to M14 + FNFAL. It's more economical and and simply easier to maintain/use.

I usually go Support with AA12 + DB Shotgun + Medic Pistol. AA12 on Semi-auto for general purposes, full-auto for Fleshpounds, DBS for Scrakes, Medic Pistol for backup and range heals

As usual, I love your videos! Im generally a 'healerguy' so I wanted to share my experiences. 1) Love that you recommend the 401 and 501 rifles. This is my usual go-to loadout and I feel especially the 501 is capable of carrying people through objective mode if the medic is donated enough money to rush it for wave 2/3. However, its usually a loadout I got a lot of hate for using. People would say that the healing would be insufficient, and they were missing the buffs (eventho the healgreandes actually apply buffs). Also as you said, it can clear trash very effectivly. It kinda creates a sorta 'safezone' so its also nice to gain ground/space that you need to take. Moreover, I think it actually increases the total amount of healing per second a player can receive, as I believe that the grenade and darts count as two different sources of healing (not 100% sure!). Players need to be somewhat pro-active with the 501 tho, as its not as good when used purely reactive. 2) Just if someone didnt know: If you run 'all left' talents on medic, you get the buffs yourself, too! 3) hmtech 501 is also very fun to use as survivalist with zedsplosion (or whatever the talent is called) :)

Great video, however some notes; - A single M1911 for GS should suffice; its reload cancel (unless it got patched out) is better than dualies and has the same total ammo. - M32 for Demo is arguably better but also way harder to use, I understand that these builds are balanced around ease of use tho. - I'm glad you mentioned that Zerk has many good options; however it'd be nice to tell newbies what else they could run. Plus the Static Strikers are arguably easier to use with the same loadout for a similar effect.

Fun fact with SWAT With rapid assault the medic SMG can shoot unlimited healing darts with no cool down during zedtime. Its the best sub for when you don't have a medic or have a shitty medic. Depending how fast you you can spam the healing dart button you can legit fully heal anyone within seconds.

Your medic loadout is a super reliable and powerful classic. Can't go wrong recommending it and I'm happy to see it. It is definitely one of the most well-rounded options field medic has and is useful all the time. I would like to add some of my own loadouts I've taken to liking. It can also be smart on some occasions to swap the 401 for a healthrower in really tight holds or a descent map, where the AoE and lack of a need to consistent precision to heal can potentially outweigh the dart output for the 401. The healthrower also still has darts (though they are slightly less efficient output wise) so you don't entirely lose out on ranged healing. It's not going to be as good where the team is slightly spread out though, so healthrower/501 is somewhat map dependant. Another loadout I've been playing with that has been fun is healthrower/incision. The incision darts do 60 healing at level 25 which is almost equivalent to a heal nade (80 hp if every tick heals your teammate) but in one shot rather than slowly over time. The rail is also capable of 4 shotting scrakes if you really have to fight it on your own but really shines at EMPing scrakes if your team messes up the takedown, since the EMP will give them a second chance with a calm scrake. The darts are also fun to knock things over with and can stumble big zeds in a pinch. However, running this loadout basically means that anything bigger than a clot (or gorefast if you can hit dart headshots) is gonna be a pain. Though you can run 401/incision to mitigate this at the cost of lacking good AoE options. I'd say the incision is best with a team that is a little spread out but handles trash well. Just don't let the ability to actually kill scrakes make you play like a sharp. Also, the darts have the ability to knock over anything smaller than a husk (bloat included) with a single hit. So definitely take advantage of it, knocking down sirens is an especially useful utility. Also, I would argue that the better you are at med, the less appealing the right-side skills are. Who needs to fight when you can just play the game like an RTS?

I love using a very unorthodox Commando loadout: M16 + Stoner. Fast reload, double mags, 150% stumble power. Completely removes the headshot focus but you remain very effective through spray@pray, and the underbarrel launcher provides great utility and help against bigger zeds. No it's not the most effective loadout, but you can still be very useful and it's HELLA fun.

The thing to keep in mind with firebug is this : A caulk n' burn is half a flamethrower in damage and ammo. Dual spitfires are equal to a flamethrower when used properly. Helios rifle is a no brainer. All the other guns are to taste. My build was this : Bring the heat Barbecue or ground fire Napalm Heat wave Pyromaniac Guns : Dual spitfires Trenchgun or HRG Scorcher (for medium/large zeds) Offperk hunting shotgun for the jump + fire backpedal Then going mostly for headshot damage and abusing the pyromaniac skill in Zedtime.

by far the best load out for survivalist is crossbow upgrade at 3, potential to kill scrakes and hell even fleshpounds by your own. the hemo clober for trashkilling and healing your fellow teammates, giving you a lot of movility and fleshpounds parrys and the final touch would be the double barrel shotgun upgraded at 2, after using 1 bolt on a scrake you can proced to double tap his head and he is dead not to mention than the edar/husk will die after a double shot

I thought I’d share my personal favorite loadouts for the fun of it (Keep in mind these are solo loadouts) Commando: M16 M203 , decent rifle accompanied by the grenade launcher for big stuff Berserker: Frost Fang/Hemoclobber, Frost Fang provides range and freezing, while the Hemoclobber provides the healing Support: S12/M4, the S12 provides spamming and a shockwave to prevent getting cornered, the M4 provides the higher damage and accuracy Medic: Well… on solo I don’t play medic much but I usually run the shotgun Firebug: Thermite Bore/Helios Rifle, the Thermite Bore has the useful qualities of the Seal Squeal bite with *fire,* the Helios Rifle is there when you run out of ammo Demolitionist: Kaboomstick, because it’s op bullshit that’s really fun, the RPG would be an afterthought Gunslinger: G18C, because it’s an automatic weapon on an otherwise precise class Sharpshooter: HV Storm Cannon or Mosin Nagant, the Storm Cannon provides the satisfying chain headshots, while the Mosin is satisfying to use overall accompanied by the bayonet for CQC SWAT: G36C/HRG Nailgun, the G36C provides AP rounds and feels satisfying to shoot, while the Nailgun allows you to shred Fleshpounds easier Survivalist: Reducto Ray/Frost Fang, the Reducto Ray is funny, and the Frost Fang is considered a melee weapon, meaning you get super speed when using it

Survivalist I go HMtech 501 for a back up and healing weapon. Molotovs for crowd control, pulverizor for Fleshpounds, M16 as my main weapon for scrakes and all other zeds. Works great for solo and team builds

Will that 100% Stun ever help out more then the crouch skills? when I heard that the mark 14 could deal with big zeds easily with stun, I thought maybe it would refer to ballistic shock. Your build are more than decent, but for me i would go for gunslinger for : Deags upgraded 3 times and M1911 upgraded twice + medic pistol upgraded once. I mostly use the m1911 and they are really good when u upgrade them twice. Pretty much no recoil and they have a really gun penetration power if u're sprinting. (U can 1/2 taps the rioter). For the Demo u can go for rpg-7 with an kaboomstick.

I know any opinion is extremely biased based on a person's preference, but the Husk Cannon works too damn well with either 25 perk choice for the firebug, not to mention 3 charged shots take down a FP in a 6man HOE, weapon dealing explosive and fire damage meaning when a big zed gets too close, they stumble, starting ground fire and can be upgraded. Any insight on why firebugs fear/hate that gun?

Usually on gunslinger I spice it up a bit, I'm not the biggest fan of the deagles because personally I think the .500 magnums to be better. (However, the price to actually refill the guns is ridiculous) Usually you can go .500's and deagles together if you're looking to hanker onto the bigger zeds the entire game, but try to limit how much you use them on the trash zeds.

Definitely have to disagree for Survivalist, the Crossbow is a lot better than the Railgun especially when you're considering upgrades. At max upgrade, it hits just as hard as an non-upgraded Railgun and with one less weight (or two if you want to be even more flexible for a bit less damage), but if played right, has much more ammo flexibility due to being able to get the bolts back. As for the "clean up" side weapon, either of the launcher rifles (M16/HMTech) do well, or if you want to get really ridiculous, go for an M79 fully upgraded for the insane AoE (this limits your third choice to a Medic Pistol though). Those two free up some weight to where you can carry either a Medic Pistol, or even as much as a Katana for having a better block available to you.

Anyone disagree with the balanced sharp build? m14 + FAL doesnt allow for any upgrades to be made (8+7 weight) ... the damage on either gun seems underwhelming without those. Spx+1 m14 +2 seems like a better use of inventory weight.

actually the riot shield and the nail gun at 2 are extreamly usefull on the right hands, being able to hold up fleshpounds with tactical movement is glorious
