Amazing show. So thrilled to see that there's more than one complete recording of this 2019 show at St. Vitus. I was so incredibly fortunate to be there. Fantastic audio, too. Cheers! UPDATE November 26 2023: R.I.P. Geordie. There can be no Killing Joke without you.

Can’t believe this comment is how I figured out we lost Geordie. Still in shock.
@RA_Mille9 ай бұрын
His guitar sound and "feel" cannot be replicated. He wasn't a shredder, but he had a truly unique approach to playing guitar and contributing to this band. Does his son play guitar? I know he played keyboards on a few of the tours, ... maybe he could fill in for a few tribute shows? But very few people could fill in and "get" that sound.
@demo34569 ай бұрын
@@RA_Mille The guys hands hardly moved but the sound that came out of him was just otherworldly some might even say channeled. Huge loss KJ have been a part of my life for so long and they were the only thing that never sold out or changed in a bad way.

It's cool that they've made albums from eighty to now. No hiatus. Bands with talented consistent members I guess aren't born anymore.

they exist, but in nowadays musical environment they dry out at a young age and die, without anybody ever noticing, thousands of wasted talents.

Tool have had a lot of legends open for them. They do it because they want to introduce their fans to great artists and artists who influenced them. I remember back when King Crimson was opening for Tool too… Another example where maybe it should be the other way around, but I respect the band making those kinds of efforts, especially when the majority of their fans don’t have any idea who they are..

Looks like Alice Cooper to me wanna be. Lol 😂 I love all rock and all music of every kind.. I grew up in the 80’s best era ever & wouldn’t trade it for a thing. My close friend Shorty played & traveled in the mini Kiss band back in the day… promoting Dr. Pepper lol & maybe some other sodas 🥤 but KISS started the make up and there are tons of KISS 💋 fans still today! I think it’s kool they let the short people like my friend play in the mini Kiss bands. Football 🏈 Party at his place this Sunday’. I’m there!! A local band will be playing in his back yard. I wonder how to reach this band & if they would want in?
