And isn't this exactly what we've seen now with the Fever? That's exactly what Caitlyn Clark has done, elevated her whole team. Props to Mulkey for calling it, but then she didn't become the first woman to win national championships as a player, assistant coach, and as a coach without having a keen sense of observation.

This aged very well and that's what the Fever are doing right now If that isn't enough to be MVP, not sure what else you need, or maybe, the Fever will just beat everybody!

Now there is a thoughtful and objectively speaking Coach Mulkey commenting on Caitlin Clark's ballplaying skills. Thank you Coach Mulkey.

What a class act. If all the women in the WNBA had 10 percent of her grace it would be the most popular sports organization in the world.

I keep going back to watch and listen to Coach Mulkey's thoughts regarding Hawkeye Caitlin Clark -- they were so true then and are true now that Clark is in the WNBA for the Indiana Fever. Huge shout out to Coach Mulkey!!

I don’t think her saying she’s glad she’s leaving is disrespect. It’s more respect to CC’s game as probably CC’s is giving her a headache on how to guard her.

The best defense for Caitlin Clarke is just try to keep a hand in her face!!! Players like her there isnt any strategy!! She's like Jordan and Kobe!! They are gonna score their points!!

Why Can't she defend CC?
@fredreed20019 ай бұрын
I agree that Mulkey is dirty and saying that she’s happy that Clark is leaving is offensive. Caitlyn clark did her Job well but to say to her that she’s happy to see het leave is disrespectful. Caitlyn Clark is a true Gem and she’s in a league of her own. Mulkley needs to be fired over her comments on Clark.
@mikeronald38127 ай бұрын
Sure fire her after giving CC the most respectful compliment you can give a player. She's admitting she wants no parts of CC. Strange post.

Omg, how old are you? First…..why the hell would she be fired? Second….you do understand she is complimenting her? Maybe English isn’t your native language?

Her defensive strategy on Ms Clark was horrible, Van Lith defense was atrocious; coach should have played a better defensive scheme.

I think that Hailey Van Lith is regretting her decision to come play for LSU. She was the top player at Louisville, and at LSU she is about the 4th option. Louisville made this year NCAA Tournament without her.

Been watching Iowa's games a lot this season, Clark is gonna get 3s regardless, but she is not very good going left if you watch any of her games.

She pulled a KD. If anything, seems like she would of fit in much better in Iowa with the floor spaced out. @@VILJL

Hailey Van Brick. She can't play defense, especially being 5'7 trying to guard 6'0 Clark. And she shot 20% from the field during the tourney this year. 6.7ppg on 29 mpg is atrocious she should've been benched.
