This song spoke to me... I recently gone through the feeling of regret and shame and not being enough before God, and i didn’t want to approach God directly because of my fears. But i just felt God’s love and grace during worship and God spoke to me during the preacing one Sunday, and then i realized the meaning of this song. Man I honestly need more Christian songs like this. And there’s a lot of them I’ve remembered from when I was a kid and I would hear my mom playing them sometimes. And as I got older I have found out so many other ones that I’ve just listened too and learned from my mom who has such a great relationship with him and she always has and always will as she goes on everyday with her life. And as the lord helps her and healers her with all of her sickness that she’s been struggling with over these past 9 years now with diabetes and back problems and taking medications and just anything else in her life that’s ever been a struggle for her.
