As a Korean American I can 100% assure everyone that is not a pizza, it's just jhun with cheese on it, it's more identified as pancake but eaten when you are with your peeps drinking alcohol. This is an extreme stretch to categorize it as pizza.

This show has a Legend, and a deserving super nerd. The topic of their expertise is PIZZA, easily the most beloved thing in the Universe. They both are extremely unique, entertaining, endearing and GENUINE. The show itself is all quality content and no filler. They used no o clickbait titles or screenshots. Yet in a week they only manage 300k views. While some fake person with a makeup tutorial is #2 on trending.

Best one I've found commercially - that is also truly low-carb (and not just *lower* carb) - is Cali-Flour (found on Amazon). Sadly, a lot of delicious ones are still loaded with carbs. In Italy, a lot of people use knife and fork to eat pizza. Traditionally it isn't cut into little triangle pieces so you have ti use a fork and knife when sharing.

It's not actually a pizza. That is a korean traditional pancake with cheese on top. There is a big trend in Korean cooking to add cheese on top of a lot of dishes. This is a delicious dish, but really not a new dish. Glad Mark like's Korean food :). I like the editing here. How about doing an episode with Indian pizza?

The dish on its own without the cheese is pretty good, but I will admit that putting the cheese on top is pretty smart because kimchi jeons are typically made with kimchi that is slightly more fermented than your average 겉절이, which is essentially kimchi that is freshly made. And as some people may know, the more kimchi ferments, the higher its acidic content which is why it's often used in kimchi fried rice and other foods that integrate fattiness and body to the dish.

My mom did this for me when I was a child to help me eat Kimchi. Kimchi was an acquired taste for me. Try getting Kimchi as is and putting it in the oven with cheese on top. Easy eating.
