Some ideas for “In Review” series: Transformers Batman TMNT Harry Potter Superman Mission Impossible The Matrix Blade Ghost Rider Punisher Fantastic Four Lord of the Rings
@randalladkins74526 жыл бұрын
maddoggnick96 Awesome ideas! With Punisher alone you get 3 weirdly different movies and a great Netflix series. Lord of the Rings gets you 6 movies the length of 12 plus a Hulu series. Batman gets you 12 movies JUST in live action films (not counting live action tv shows, animated tv shows, and animated direct to video films [Under the Red Hood...]. TMNT gives 5 live action movies, 1 animated movie, 6 animated series, 1 live action concert, and 1 live action series! Transformers gives you 6 live action films, 1 animated film (that you could see free in theaters by paying them bottle caps ala Fallout), and a TON of animated series! And Ghost Rider would give several guest appearances and 2 bad movies that went quickly from bad to worse!
@TheBigbaby4076 жыл бұрын
Couldn't you technology lump Blade with the X-MEN? I thought he had the "not a mutant but we still hang out sometimes" relationship ie Spider-Man or deadpool.
@randalladkins74526 жыл бұрын
kelvin joyner maybe in newer comics but not in comics or movies around the time of those films. Also, I believe Blade was New Line Cinema while X-Men was Fox, so from a studio point of view it would be easier to cross Blade over with Lord of the Rings! (Let the fan ideas commence!) :)
@TheBigbaby4076 жыл бұрын
Randall Adkins but it would give them 4 Ryan Reynolds performances to rate. Plus back in 2012 when marvel tired to make anime inspired shows for Iron man, Blade, and Wolverine Blade and Victor were both in Japan doing stuff together.

Compare the way this movie is shot to the way X2 was. X2 was directed so amazingly well with weird experimental camera shots and symbolism, then this movie does none of that and it's filmed like any other generic movie. This movie was a step-down from the previous ones and I actually think that X-Men Origins: Wolverine might even be better.

Unbelievable. I cannot believe that I live in a world where people think that X-Men: The Last Stand is better than X-Men. I saw the movie again like 3 years ago and even though I thought it wasn't as god awful as I remember (mostly because of the action and maybe pacing), it is still the absolute worst of the first trilogy. And honestly, I watched X2 last week and yes, some of the action doesn't age well, but I don't hold that against it. It's still a good movie despite the nerfing of Cyclops as a character. REVOLT! We must revolt this ranking. XD

Why does flameboy treat iceboy like a stranger when his friendship with him (and sympathy for the fallout with his family) is what motivated him to change sides in the first place? Why does flameboy have infinite flames if he can't make them and doesn't lug around tanks on his back? How does iceboy prevent that flaming car from hitting him in the face by blowing on it with cool air - bringing it to a dead stop 5 steps away - wouldn't he just get hit in the face with a *non flaming* car? Why does redhead turn into a sex maniac without the control of baldy? And if baldys control was the crucial factor - enough to temper her for two films and beyond - why is that no longer the case? Why is she alive in the first place? I know they say "psychic cacoon" but fuck off, that's dumb. Why does helmet turn so quickly on bluebabe? And why does she turn on him? Wouldn't they see what happened to her as an assault and a tragedy? Why does bluebabe give a fuck about helping humans? WERE WE SUPPOSED TO TAKE THAT LINE ABOUT WOMEN BEING SPITEFUL SERIOUSLY? HOW is Logan, "The only one who can stop her [redhead]?" I can think of one particular person who could stop her pretty good. Are we supposed to believe that they love each other because Logan flirted with her a couple times and that those flirts were SO good that she just couldn't bring herself to kill him (despite killing pissbaby - who she had a longstanding relationship with - without hesitation)? When they go to redheads house, how does helmet surprise them? They're standing in the middle of the road. There's NOTHING obstructing their sight. Is this a solipsistic camera thing? Why does the weatherman have any hesitation about running the school? There's literally a scene where everyone's like, "Oh, the old guy died. I guess we'll just have to abandon everything and everyone" and then weatherman steps in and says "nah" after entertaining that notion for a bit, which was ALREADY THE ARRANGEMENT. Why does seemingly every mutant have super acrobatic capabilities in the final battle? Why was wings even in the movie? Why does helmet have his powers at the end? Does the cure stop working after awhile? What does that mean for Rogue? That actually she just keeps being miserable like always? HOW DOES BEATING HELMET SOLVE ANYTHING? The cure still exists, people still want to disarm mutants. Now the source for the cure is safe and the public has ten times the motivation to want to put it to use, so....wtf Is helmet still not in prison? How is everyone jumping around the map so quickly all of the time? Logan finds the mutant rebels on motorcycle and then they are in san fran and logan has reconvened with the x gang by the time the army catches up? Why is there a subtitle that says "in the not too distant future" or something when it is literally *not*
