1. Kendrick never accused Drake of being a rat, but his first few lines address it in detail. 2. Kendrick called Drake Weinstein, not Epstein, but Drake chooses to name drop the latter, whose allegations include a pedophilia ring. 3. Kendrick never mentioned Milly Bobby Brown, but Drake chooses to bring her up. 4. Drake says whoever feeding Kendrick lines is a clown, and then says that he planted the info. 5. Drake tries to make a connection with "Mother I" about Kendrick being molested, when the whole song is about him not being molested. 6. Drake says he doesn't want to keep battling a woman beater because it feeds his nature... calling himself a woman. 7. Drake has videos of him doing the exact things he said he didn't do, and then called everything facts at the end which make the entire thing look bad 8. Kendrick didn't go to back for R.kelly. He went to bat for xxxtentacion 9. Anyone who plays music knows a B shape doesn't exist Imao. You skip straight to C. Drake doesn't know music theory. If you planted info then you would’ve had a diss track or evidence ready to drop right after Meet the Grahams. Instead he posted to instagram, waited 2 days before responding meanwhile the whole nation is blasting They Not Like Us. Drake played himself with his own diss track and he’s garbage. Kendrick has addressed his allegations because in hip hop you don’t respond to lies. Plus Kendrick already talked about these abuse allegations on the Breakfast club years ago. The only ammo Drake has to use Kendrick has already talked about already on Mr Morale. Drake is cooked. Photos and videos of Drake texting and grooming 14-16 yr olds has been all over the web for years and people keep brushing it under the rug.

Just one thing i see a lot of people misinformed keep saying. B sharp is a note that is used in music notation. It's used in different scales and when modulating. It can help with sight reading. It's uncommon but does exist. I 100 percent think drake's team knows that and is intentional

Now if we're being honest, Kendrick's verse on "Like That" was bait. Cole and Drake ate it up and Cole came out the gate first with "7-min Drill" and I 100% believe Kendrick called/texted Cole that he should stay out of it hence the apology. Drake took the bait, hook, line and sinker and Kendrick just decimated him.

It's funny how this podcast, like many others in the gaming sphere, claim to prioritize discussing games but often veer off into irrelevant territory, like petty rap feuds between two man-children who have no impact on the real world. Instead of wasting time on trivial drama, why not focus on topics that actually matter? For example, if you want to cover rap then why not cover that a super mainstream rapper (Macklemore) put out a single putting the music industry's complacency and this feud on blast. I just think you all are better than covering these lame distractions.

Ok. Honest question and trying to better understand. Where does Eminem land on Hip Hop/Rap Triangle?
@furrybproductions9 ай бұрын
The general hip hop consensus on Eminem is split a few ways: People who don't know anything about rap who think he's the best, people who know a lot about rap and think he's the best, people who don't know a lot about rap and can't relate to his songs, people who know a lot about rap who can't relate to his songs, people who know a lot about rap but don't like him because he's white. One of the goats in the mind of the majority. The current top 3 debate only considers the modern era. When people say "Top 5 rappers" that's when it's usually an all time conversation. Hope this helps.
@furrybproductions9 ай бұрын
Drake has been involved in so many violent altercations that this new shooting is most likely related to a recent shooting of a person Drake is connected to. That being said, it is also possibly connected to this beef as well given that said person was mentioned in 6:16 in LA as the person who is NOT the OvO leak. It doesn't look good for Drake that the person who's been mentioned is said to not be the leaker is shot BEFORE they're mentioned as being in the clear and then someone else is shot afterwards.

So what I'm getting from this entire podcast, is that rappers treat diss tracks like anime fights. They act like they just obliterated their opponent, and then at the end, it just kind of goes on and everyone is friends, until they're not.

Decent breakdown but they both made it obvious which side Blessing and the other guy were on. I would've liked to have seen the breakdown more objective and not biased. the one guy started pumping his fist in reference to Kendrick songs and they didnt talk about how Kendrick never responded to the allegations thrown at him from Drake. Drake alteast responded to all the main allegations whereas Kendrick did not - Drake dropped some bombs that needed to be addressed by Kendrick. Drake also had all the best comedy bars on Kendrick esp in Family matters. Kendrick brought a lot of fake news to the rap battle and got outsmarted by Drake so I believe Kendrick got crushed just his van did in the video.

I can't get enough content about this beef (watched the Gregways and Bless' streams) and this is the perfect summation of it all. Kendrick took his time but he's played his hand to perfection. Family Matters with time could've changed the narrative but he immediately negated all of that, putting the pressure back on Drake. Roger makes a great point about Drake never successfully painting the picture of Kendrick being a monster so when the accusations come, they shock but don't sustain. Someone said it well that Drake's accusations against Kendrick aren't effective for the same reason Kendrick's against Drake are (regardless of if true) is because people don't trust Drake. His last "diss" seemed like a PR statement more than anything to try and shut down the allegations. Kendrick doesn't need to say another word, especially if Not Like Us debuts at #1. It's gonna be fascinating to see how Drake moves on from this, surely he's gotta ghost for a while
