It's so weird being a parent. Growing up I was pretty much left to my own devices, cooking meals for myself getting myself to and from school (grew up in NYC with a single mom) since I was about 11 yrs old. I'm talking during the summers being out until the sun came up, traveling by myself from Staten Island to Riverdale, Bronx every weekend. I just can't imagine letting my 12 year old do any of that. Cursing sure, in the house only and not directed at people but everything else..... especially after what my childhood was like I just don't know.

Roger has the right idea about getting tattoos. Start with something dumb, small-ish, and in an area that can be easily covered (legs). After your first one you will know how you feel about tattoos and will be prepared to get more. It also gives you some experience in regards to the process of booking an appointment, sitting, how much to expect to pay, healing, etc. Starting with something "meaningful" is a sure fire way to regret your tattoo. In the future I recommend finding an artist you like and picking from their flash day of.

On the sex ed topic, in 5th grade the gym teacher gave all the boys the sex ed lecture. Before starting he said he needed to get all the giggles out so he wrote "testicles, vagina, penis" on the board and had us all say each word 5 times out loud. We all found it quite amusing.

I vividly remember “the talk”. I was like 7 or 8 and already had a basic understanding but I wanted to see what my mom would say so I asked her where babies came from and she gave me all the gory details lol. Obviously you need to face away from the camera and THE BACK OF YOUR LEG NEEDS TO FACE THE CAMERA. It took him multiple failed attempts before someone basically needed to come over and move his body for him.
