3 - 4 slices Ginger
4 Tomatoes
Half Onion
1-2 Cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger
1 ear of Corn
Salt to taste

2.2 lbs Pork Bones
Various Mushrooms, we used Shitakii, Oyster, Tea Tree, White Beech, Penny Bun
10-15 Red Dates
1 tbsp Goji Berries
3 Scallions
➡️ Miso Dashi Broth
Big piece of Kombu
1 cup Katsuobushi
1/2 cup Miso Paste
1 tbsp Mirin

100g Dried Chili Peppers (and a handful more if you want more spice)
1 Star anise
3 in Cinnamon
1 Black Cardamom
8 White Cadamom
1-2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
2 tsp Green Peppercorn
1 tbsp Rice Wine
Half Onion
4 Slices Ginger
2 Sprigs Coriander
4 Scallions
500mL Canola Oil
2 tbsp Doubanjiang
1 tbsp Rock Sugar
1 tbsp Fermented Sweet Wine
2L Water or Broth
Salt to taste
