@jaimystery115 күн бұрын
they put up signs that the horses can bite/kick and to not touch the reins but people continually are surprised to get nipped and try to touch the reins. They shouldn't need a sign it's general common sense to a) not mess with soldiers b) not mess with large land animals even if they are trained. Even the most well trained and best behaved animal can be spooked so you're always taking a risk.
@SteTrax10 күн бұрын
If you put signs up for everything you risk the chance of people thinking they can do 'anything' as long as there isn't a sign. It's preferable (especially with etiquette and tradition) that tourists learn about the culture - sometimes the hard way. Courtesy and respect (especially to the King's Guard and their horses) shouldn't really require a sign. Countries don't really benefit from tourists who care nothing about the cultures of the country that they're visiting.
