I have the same shock on my S18, since the day I install it, the S18 acts totally different on handling bumps and rough road, it is way better than the original Air shock. I will say it worth every penny of it.

Love your videos and looking forward to your other S20 reviews. I am surprised that so few of the reviewers have put velcro on the pads. It has been entertaining watching everyone struggle with the pad alignment. KS didn't do any favors by installing the pad alignment "boomerangs" on the wrong sides. Hopefully you will get the pads and the suspension dialed in for your ride review.

That shock looks like an adjustable coil over design with compression and rebound knobs, and also the shock body is threaded which should allow you to soften or stiffen the spring preload. I haven't heard any EUC guys describe it this way, but this type isvery common in the off road world. Spring Preload.

I had this issue in my Inmotion wheel, fixed by recalibrating. When the wheel dies on one side, always a calibration issue. Can be fixed through the manufacturer's app.

from what i see here, best way to get the pads on is to place them in the correct position for your foot without removing the sticky side cover film and mark the position with some tape or pencil, then you can peel off the film and place it without your foot there :D

@Mike I disagree. Yes, they are mostly different wheels, but that doesn't mean they are not competitors. V12 just focuses on a different type of buyer in the same market. Honestly, the S20 was a big let down with its 2.200Wh battery and does seem to have less range than the V12 (if reviews can be trusted). So, for me, who looks for a cruiser with enough range, the S20 can't compete with the V12 in some aspects. Also, it is not as if Inmotion will go bankcrupt, if they don't release a wheel. They already established their brand.
