This is what I call Siege Megs partsforming. Partsforming that you could imagine having an in universe way of transforming that wouldn't require partsforming, and that isn't so out there like taking off half a cars back side. Here you could imagine that panel folds up into his legs, Megs you could imagine the barrel and sword retract into his fusion cannon.

I have the third party warpath from that three pack set with mp brawn and Huffer. He's really good , I have this kingdom warpath both are literally twins of each other the difference is the third party version is the size of seige ironhide which is honestly the size he should be. Warpath should be bigger because he's a tank.

There might have been a running change to make the tabs more stay-together-y on this? Getting one now (early 2023) the flip out panels on the legs that end up closest to the turret have little nubs like what get used as hinges on some parts, but have to snap in and out to transform it. Due to the position and how tight they make the joint it becomes hard to get them to engage, but once you do that front end stays together like it was nailed in place. I'm not sure it's a worthwhile tradeoff for the Zaku arm shield, but it's nice to be able to leave the accessory in the box and not worry about losing it at least. I actually thought at first it might be mold degradation/flash and I would need to file it off, but the two tabs it meshes with on the opposite panel have the matching slots in them, and once forced into place iit does make the whole hold together nicely.

4:14 that's because cheetor and blackarachnia are beast formers so the weapons usually become part of the beast and paleotrex is a weaponizer/fossilizer but with warpath it is quite odd

Wouldn't the thing on Blackarachnia count more as weapon storage rather than partsforming? On Cheetor it's the case of they had to do something with the tail so they stuck a hook on it, but on Blackarachnia it's just the classic "put a hole in the figure so the weapon goes somewhere in the other mode" which pretty much every WFC figure did anyways.

Well Cheetor's tail is a Reference to the Transmetal figure, cause that did the exact same thing. As for Blackarachnia, no I'd say not because the gun is a big part of what keeps her lower side tabbed together. I actually figured that much out cause I didn't like how loose everything was, and was looking for a way to keep it all from sliding around. Low and behold there are special tabs and ports that locks it all up.

Kablam! Kingdom Warpath looks cool. From head to tread feet, tank mode, molded/sculpted design and red/white color scheme, he's G1 to the letter. Yeah, the shield partforming piece seems unnecessary. Better pegs to hold the tank mode together would have been a better opinion. But yeah, a Transformers KZbinr pointed out that his tank barrel is compatible with blast effects. So he can do a big'o chest BLOOOOOOSH!!!

Honestly, I like the original Generations Warpath design more than the G1 Warpath design. Warpath's G1 look is one of those G1 designs that I think looks really dumb. Namely with how the chest barrel sticks out and how kibbly the treads on the arms are. At least this figure can sink in the tank cannon like the original generations toy.

I don't think it's as bad as the Cliffjumper, what it is, is frustrating. It's ALMOST perfect, and one peg and port would have made it flawless. I swear it's like they forgot the last bit of the design, and then couldn't figure out what went wrong so they Kludged it. I don't know. I feel like everything gets a decent amount of Representation in the Altmode department. What do you think we could do with more of?

Where was a last time you seen TF characters turing in to motorcicle, or construction vehicles (besides constructicons, and by counting in WfCTrilogy, there was non), or how often we get an helicopter or a tank transformer (with tank transformer Im meant any other character besides Megatron because of course he s gonna show up, and by using WfCTrilogy as an exampull again 2 tanks, 1 helicopter, and the rest where all kinds of cars, trucks, and view planes ) And thats with out going in to more obscure or rarely used altmodes like monster-trucks, any kind of seacraft, or any kind of trains,...(besides astrotrain) But going back to my chose, I would been more them HAPPY to see more transformers turing in to construction vehicles, or at least more Autobots tanks (not function, but altmode wise)... Because I like tanks as vehicles, plus how often do you see an Autobot tank that isn t a generick trooper, or just Warpath again?

I know this video is really old but.. Yeah I will say it. A good way to fix his partsforming is putting juuuust a little bit of glue on the top of every tab on the front of the tank. Wait for it to dry and then everything tabs in and you don't need that thing anymore. I got it months ago and that piece is taking dust on a box. I've never used it.

I just don't think it needed to be necessary, it's only necessary because they screwed up the design in the most bone headed way possible. I could have fixed this design with like 1/100th of a gram of plastic.

The tank WILL hold together without the partsforming “shield.” I had the same (thigh?) gap issue you’re showing off in the video, but after the first full transformation where I locked the front center panels together the gap issue just... went away. Now the tank is totally fine and seemless, even without adding the shield. Though, I do think it looks better overall with the shield attached.

I just bought warpath yesterday, and I gotta say he's really good. My qc was bad with the thigh tolerance, everything else was fine structurally, though my forearms look as if they weren't painted completely. But I mostly wanted to tell you that on my copy of the figure, I have no reason to use the shield in vehicle mode, mine is already solid as a rock without, which goes to show that this truly is a useless accessory if you get a figure with proper good tolerance. Guess I'll just chuck it in my accessories bin lmao.

@@PerspectiveEnd it's always a gamble with Hasbro, there were only two warpaths in Store, and I picked the one with the super clean face paint. The other looked like he had cracked pale porcelain-looking skin underneath. Like a motoroized patriot from Bioshock Infinite.

@@PerspectiveEnd, Blackarchica's hands and alternate mode aren't interesting in my opinion, so that did make me lose interest, same with Beast Wars Megatron. I never really liked the design of his robot mode (except for his T-Rex hand and face, that was an awesome look), but his alternate mode is awesome, so I might get that if I ever change my mind. Optimus Primal's only interesting thing is his beast more, he's just a bit bland in my opinion.

Yes, that's what his name used to be before they lost the Trademark on it. Yeah the Elita Arcee mold sucks like a gut wound. You appended the relationship bit to the Cyclonus bit, but I'm assuming you are talking about Arcee and Springer? Yeah I had a similar interpretation my self, but I always thought Springer was Arcee's dad.

Na I wasn't planning on it, it's just Re-releases of the Studio Series line, and 1 figure made for very young audiences. The sixteen words I just said about it are basically my thoughts as a whole on it, so I wouldn't have much to make a video on. Do they even sell a head upgrade kit of Generations Warpath?

in my expirience,it gets better the more i fiddle with it despite the parts forming RUINING the transformation.Its accessory is good looking for the shoulder armor for me tho,but its still an 8/10 and maybe a 9 for pooth mode

I think I’ll get warpath for my collection as a “ G1 “ ish thing, damn I just realized I spent more money on transformers than money for fixing my dirt bike. If i stop reviews on my channel I’ve probably spent all my money on dirt bike parts and go back to animal vids or updates on my bike and car Also perfect fix for the parts forming they should have just made it to pannels that fold up and collapse into the gaps of the feet.

The reason because warpath is Small is because is a mini bot so is more taller than a Legends figure but is smaller than a deluxe figure

This thing is oddly enough one of my top 5 figures randomly blasting through a good portion of my list, so now I have to cancel my top 15 of the year because it KEEPS FUCKING CHANGING. Ok,i just got my warpath and i found out something You dont need to partsform him There is a tab and a slot that you can tab toghether and it holds it all toghether and bye bye partsforming

I do have the same tab and slot, but min just doesn't grip well enough, unless you are talking about some tab I've managed to miss after scouring the figure over and over to find a solution to my dilemma. I'm glad not everyone has my problems, but it shouldn't be up to a QC issue weather or not patsforming is mandatory.

Warpath is one of the characters I feel like geewoners ruined. Imo Warpath should be a tall deluxe or a voyager and the white should have been gray or gun metal grey.

He's not perfect but pretty damn close. Probably the best Warpath we have received in years as far as toon likeness and that includes 3rd party offerings. Beast Wars look awesome, but they were after my time and I have no attachment to the characters. Warpath is the only figure for me this wave.

I agree, it's FRUSTRATINGLY close to perfection. One round peg, one port, and this would be perfect. I advise watching Beast Wars by the way. By the time you get to Episode 6 the dated CGI will fade from your mind and you will just be watching the Best Written piece of Transformers Media EVER MADE.
