Tim hung up their with the tenor's the whole time was huge. Chance taking the bass notes....Gawd, and Adam killed it with his beat boxing skills, and Rib and Austin did an excellent job, too. One of my favorites from them. Thank you!

Holy moly, great catch noticing Tim coming in at the end with the high tenor melody paralleling Rob. I'm not sure I ever caught that. Thanks for the reaction. This song is known as one to spring on new Home Fries after they have been entrenched in the low bass notes of Tim. Catches them completely off guard. Of course, you've already seen and are in tune to all of the idiosyncrasies of each member's range and capabilities through past reactions and studying each work after the fact, but this is still one of my favorites because of the bass switch-up. And Adam's beat-boxing is killer especially in this track.

I think the radio decision makers are hung up on the acapella label. They need to get with the trend that we are seeing on youtube. Home Free is especially radio friendly because it is easy to miss the lack of instruments. They sound so full and Adam is a beast.

The whole "radio thing" has always baffled me about Home Free. They are so good in all aspects of their game, vocals, comedy, beatboxing, and innovation. Obviously, some of their strengths don't translate to radio, but still?????

Hey guys!!! I was one of the many that had requested this one. Thanks so much for finally getting to it. I love how Christina first lit up when Austin started to sing his part and then both of your reactions when Chance laid us out with his bass part. I always loved watching peoples reaction during his part...classic!! Home Free got themselves a gem when they acquired Chance because now they have 2 guys that can be the bass and on top of that Chance and Tim can both sing their asses off. Adams' beat boxing skills are out of this world. Rob and Austin with their silky smooth voices. I don't know what else to say about the guys because they never fail to deliver. Anyway, thanks so much again for doing this one. You 2 are awesome and I can't wait to see what you have for us next. Oh, before I forget...can you do a reaction video of Tims' cover of "Can't help falling in love" by Elvis Presley? There is no video it's just audio, but man what a great job he did with this one. Up front from left to right Rob is the big guy with the beard he sings second tinner and falsetto, in the middle is Tim he's singing falsetto right now and he's the Bass, Austin sings first tenor, and also sings falsetto! Now the two in the back starting on the left, the beatboxer is Adam, he's magical. Next is Chris, who looks like Leonardo DiCaprio, he sings second Tenor, also Alto which is mid-range, and Baritone as you just heard!

I agree. It's one of my favorite covers of theirs. I listened to the original artist Cam and she does a good job (lol, with her own song) but there's something about the way Home Free did it that is catchier and more appealing! Loved all of them in this!

What I like about this version of the song and how it's done is this is looking at it from the guy's perspective, when the relationship is going south and he's trying to hang on to make it work , he can't, and his own emotions have him trapped ., and sometimes this can happen

the radio wont play too , much of covers really , but Home Free has had 1 somg on radio and it is one of their originals and was on cmt for a bit

Robert Docholliday66 Sadler yeah, country radio and country labels are for the birds for any alternative country. I listen to country rap also and those guys and gals are self made and also get a feature sometimes in the normal rap genre. My 3 favorites are Ryan Upchurch (which also sings country and rock), Jelly Roll, and Struggle Jennings who is Waylon Jennings grandson and approved of his rapping, he called it new school outlaw country style. These 3 guys alone have worked independently and are known internationally due to reactors here on KZbin and on Spotify, AppleMusic, etc.. Upchurch was/is being courted by labels every month he tells them no. Shoot if he didn’t help Luke Combs with writing and singing on the song “Can I get an Outlaw”, Luke wouldn’t have been signed or changed his image a bit. I know I’m rambling but I’m glad Home Free at least got their own label now.

This is one of the best videos with Tim’s upper range, Adam’s beast-mode beatboxing, and then Chance’s bass drop at the end! Of course, Austin and Rob did their tenor stuff with their amazing voices! Christina, I saw your look of shock when Chance dropped that low bass note toward the end! I’m like y’all in the way I don’t like to speak negatively about the original version, but there are a couple that I don’t like the original (one is “Meant To Be” by BB Rhexa. I love Home Free’s cover better with Lisa Cimarelli!). Then there are those that I love equally as much, too! I always love your reactions!

@@mettesrensen6116 What I'm saying is --- Sony missed "the" opportunity with these guys --- really, just how did they promote them? or how well? Besides, not many have the interest to promote traditional (with a twist). .... I feel HF done their own "self" promotion - making it on social media, all to their benefit. Yes, it was "slow" growth -- but very successful. This way, HF steadily grows with an ever expanding fan base -- that pays the extra for the "Music" and merch ... this way, although initial cost is on them -- they do receive a larger return. Granted, they have management/promotions to pay --- but don't have to give up the cut ... and have the right to their own music.
