Hello Sir As always your vids are so informative. Thank you for your tips and training advise on the heavy bag. I have to start doing more heavy bag work as I have the speed bag, so that i have a complete routine workout. I've always had questions about specific techniques to work on the heavy bag, besides just punching it. (You have answered these) I'm looking forward to your next video on the heavy bag.

The bag weight of 150 lbs provides the resistance; thus it will feel real...the combos would be great practice for me, along with kicks. Thanks

Hi, could you please tell me what is the distance between two heavy bags hanging in a row in your gym? Thank you.

It is four feet. However I would recommend a wider distance if you are planning to hang multiple bags next to each other. It can get a little crowded.

So I weight 180lbs I bought a 70lb bag should it improves my punching power just like a 100lb bag

I am afraid without someone holding that bag in place while you work it, isn't going to improve your punching power.
