I would try everything that doesn't have shrimp or lobster. But that's only because those particular fish always make me ill regardless of where they come from or the preparation. Allergy is a strong word and I've never gone to a doctor for it, so I would say I have a food intolerance. Which is lame because I used to eat popcorn shrimp all the time as a kid. The closest sushi place like this to me is about an hour, so I haven't gone yet, but one day I'll make the trek. I have severe anxiety driving to new places, so I hope one day to overcome the hurdle. But currently my ladder is a few rungs short lol

Use your mobility aids. I carry a collapsible stool with me anytime I leave the house. It means I can sit down in the middle of the grocery store or the middle of the park. I don't have to find another pre-existing place to sit and I also don't have to get up off of the ground if I need to rest. You're not alone in needing help regardless of what ableists might make you feel. The more people accept this, the more disability friendly our world can become.

Honestly, my favorite item at Kura is their soy milk donuts with ice cream and the honey on top. It’s SOOO good. The donuts are hot and made to order and crunch with a soft inside and…ugh. Their sushi is eh..but the dessert alone steals the show.

This was so much fun! I love watching conveyor belt sushi in general. There's so much to choose from that I saw dishes I've never seen before. I would eat everything but the custard. There are a few creamy dishes I will eat, but for the most part I don't. =D Dan opening the capsule reminded me of when I struggle to do things with mobility issues, and my partner helps me out. I'm pretty resourceful, but a helping hand is nice too.

It took me like an hour to figure out the seating procedure at the Kura Sushi in Asakusa - have to jump up at the right time when your number is called on a tiny tiny screen and smash it to claim your seat, and if you miss the time window the staff can only add you back at the end of the queue. Major pain in the ass, and the English instructions don't actually cover that part well. The long long list of expired seating tickets from people who couldn't figure it out was a testament to that. The taste was good, but for once I was really really grateful for the public toilet in Donki two blocks over, because I was in sudden and dire need of a brief stop there after my meal to repaint the porcelain in earthy colors, so to say. My pants wouldn't have made the trek back to my hotel. Also I only got a dud in the plate gacha. I guess I'll eat elsewhere next time.

Idk if Canada or northern states have Golden Chick or Chicken Express, but in TX those are pretty popular and they have corn nuggets, which are fried like okra is with creamed corn inside. They are always so good, you'll want them as your whole meal, haha! That fried corn you had made me crave them! This video was great!
