I loved how you broke it down and made an entire sequence going into one goal pose. Being 3 months postpartum, I am on a journey to regain strength and flexibility. It has been a journey like no other and this practice was exactly what I needed today. Thank you.

Kino, I can't believe you've talked about getting emotional during or after pactice in this video!! Why haven't I watched it earlier!? This morning I burst out crying after practicing for about an hour and I was confused... It was certainly happy tears (and not because of me being glad it's "finally" over haha) but it was my first time feeling so deeply moved and happy and I'm so relieved it's something normal and positive rather than me becoming crazy 😊 Thank you for sharing and inspiring. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Many highly advanced poses with little intro to build the strength to be able to truly master them. I am an advanced dancer highly flexible, but recovering from serious back injury so was looking for spiritual based yoga thinking it would have more of a basic slow flow. She changes poses every 5 seconds too fast, and typical of many yoga teachers!!Great message though.

Kino, share your thought with me on this please: Is there a point where after a certain age there's a limit to how much you can stretch your muscles (over a period of time, of course)? Me: Martial Arts 30 years ago. And haven't stretched much since. Will I ever be able to get back to 'close-to-full' splits again at the ago of 49? I'm guessing many people have this question (and may have asked already) Thank you kindly.

Well, at least some of it is easy. You already have to be quit flexible for a lot of these.

+zd4w9 You do not have to be flexible for any of these. You just don't go as deep into the post like Kino does. Guarantee if you do these stretch poses daily for two weeks you will notice a huge difference :)

Definitely. Adjustments can be made for every pose she does here, but beginners checking out the pose in the thumbnail might be shocked. Or it might be inspiration :)

+Jessie Cherall it actually is really easy becasue she provided many different variations for ppl who arent on her level. i personally followed through perfectly fine and i felt she was better then most classes ive been to. I love kino yoga!!

I feel you. I'm a yoga teacher and yoga therapist. If my cancer and cardiac disease patients looked up easy or gentle yoga and found this they would rather go into myocardial infarction or wouldn't have the energy to start...
