a strongly heated tip of an opened paper clip in a flame would have easily and painlessly released the blood from under the nail without destroying the nail. just lightly touch the heated tip on the nail where it is hurting, it will burn a hole quickly and the blood will immediately pour out and the pain will stop too. Done it a few times myself to myself and others. It works, don't have to rip off the toe nail to release the bleeding under the nail which is extremely painful, so you need to be ready to do it immediately. Alternatively press hard on the toe or finger nail and the pressure will stop the bleeding. That also works but keep the pressure on for a few minutes.

What a great question. Personally speaking, dealing with similar, I’m trying to deal with one thing at a time. I think the easiest to get under control would be the Candida. I am eating a lower carb diet but not no carb. Carbs are also vegetables plus the Candida cannot be completely eradicated because it’s part of the normal gut ecology. So I’m taking something for the Candida and the endotoxins which will also help the Sibo symptoms.

Would antibacterial herbs be bad? Honey, Garlic, Ginger,Echinacea,Goldenseal,Clove, Oregano. Honey and garlic would be bad for the microbiome?
