When my Lab died i cried for almost two years if anything even slightly reminded me of her. I fully understand this means grief. You'll be together again one day. ❤

The connection to a dog is hard to describe. The love they have for you is unconditional. You can not feed them or play with them and they will still love you as much as they did before. My dog recently lost his sight due to SARD but EVERY SINGLE DAY he still manages to find his way to the door when I get home and greet me.

If you’ve never had a dog that was so close that was part of your life and family to you. You won’t understand this. I love my family but when I lost my little Sophie it was the hardest loss I’ve ever had. I love my mom and she died and Roger wrong. The heart from my little Sophie was the worst thing I’ve ever done. I’ve had people in my life. I’ve seen people in my life die. I was in a very active part of the military, but I’ve seen a lot of death, but my dog was the worst I’ve ever dealt with this day

My younger brother Patrick and I got a black Labrador retriever pitbull mix named Maggie from the Oregon humane society back on June 22nd 2013 she was 9 years old we had her for 5 wonderful years until August 20th 2018 she was 14 years old 😢💔 She was our first dog ever

Oh my goodness. That's absolutely terrible for Kirk losing his lovely dog. I've watched some football and see Ben in the Broadcast booth on Tv and He looked very Cute. Just like my dog. Lol. But I feel so sorry for this lost for Kirk's loss of Ben. He's a cute and Kind dog all over the U.S. I send a lot of my love, all my light and prayers for Ben. ✨♥️🙏🏻🤲🏻🌌

I had a man wants to tell me at the YMCA I had a wife for 50 years I had a dog for 15 years I cried harder with the dog died my dog 16 now and I'm about ready to lose him I feel your pain
