7:45 yea… I always imagine what Warhammer minis would do if they ever went full “Toy Story” and came alive… what sort of horror they would be in, being kitbashed from a dozen different boxes, to have someone else’s legs… to have a drill up their hoo-haa…

This reminds me of an idea I had. Kitbashing Orc kits from Warhammer Fantasy to work with 40k Orks. I'd LOVE to see a Fantasy dragon upgraded and ridden into battle by a 40k Ork. Some other kits I think would be natural conversions into 40k Ork stuff is the Breaka-boss on Mirebrute Troggoth kit and the Marshcrawla Sloggoth kit. I think one day I'm gonna attempt to convert those kits to be more 40k Ork-y.

You could probably double your views by creating a sister channel that is a long form video of you painting these at your workstation. Set up a light box, play some royalty free lofi tracks and play at like 3x speed of you grinding these bad boys out.

A Bretonnian duke on a hippogryph kitbash would be pretty neat, as the current model (Louen Leoncoeur) has sculpted on heraldry that would limit who that character is in your army.

I love the painting, the wings especially and the torn neck was a nifty idea well executed. I think a unit of Chaos Forsaken would be great and something i'm fairly sure you'd enjoy based on other stuff you've done, you could also make maybe 8-10 and see if you could rank them up as an added bonus.

I think half of the draw of these kitbashing guys is watching them 86 a $200 kit without blinking. I physically winced when he cut off the horn on that second dragon head. I counted an Ionus Cryptborn, a stormcast dragon set, and and Eternus. Bonkers.

I made a Chaos dragon years ago with the old high elves plastic dragon kit by heating the two neck halves and bending them out. It was a great job all those years ago but the rider stood on the back instead of sitting so the size is way off. This look amazing and I am very tempted to try my hand at this new version.

Very cool, and the split heads is executed amazingly. I must say though the join where the necks meet the body looks a bit too wierd for me, the 90 degree angle in the silouette just doesnt sit right. Fantastic paint job though too!
