KITCHEN KHAOS :: Taming My Tea Habit Apparently || Clean with Me

Hello Everybody,
Hoping this finds you all well and happy. This week, I needed a small win, a small, manageable project to do with my still uncooperative torso.
Not sure how one acquires so much tea....but here we are. I feel so badly, as I remember having some for hosting my in-laws, and some for sickness just in case. And all just ended up in the compost bin. Something I need to be better about is inventory...just because something is on sale, doesn't mean I need to stock up on it. It is getting easier to find some of the wellness items we purchase because they are carried at more stores than just the health food store, so I don't need to feel like I have to stock up to save a trip. Lots of unlearning i have to do around grocery shopping.
I do have one more tea on here that I need to put in the cabinet. I forgot about a digestive tea recipe I just discovered on Rainbow Plant Life's KZbin channel. She focuses on vegan recipes, with tons of glorious Indian spices. I recognized one of the digestive tea's ingredients as an herbal supplement my dietitian recommended as potentially helping with blood sugars after eating. Cumin, Fennel, Cardimom....can't be a bad tasting tea, so I am going to whip it up in bulk and give it a try. Now that I have my tools in order in my cabinet, it will be simple to knock out. I've even been using that salad dressing bottle for leftover coffee...makes it easy to keep in the fridge for an afternoon iced coffee.
