Linda, just a thought for next year’s spring box. I think your followers would love a print of one of your botanical drawings that you sketch in your book. I’m an artist, though you may not think so, I think they are super sweet and lovely , You should pick your favorite, print it on a nice paper and sign them. They can be small. You could frame them or just have the print and let your kindred spirit frame it themselves. It would be very special. Again, just a thought. 😊

Great idea, I'm always buying beautiful little pic frames that need some art. I often clip something lovely from a magazine or calendar. Many yrs ago I was gifted a miniature painting by a grateful customer. Such a sweet gesture that I'll always remember.

Donna here, I thought with the new bee design for the bedposts, you could commission someone to make them more hollow to fit mostly over the top so you wouldn't have to worry about the clearance to the ceiling.Just a thought. Beautiful Spring Box! I ordered the Fall Box and looking forward to it! My colleague lives in New Jersey and she had just worked out and was in the sauna when the earthquake struck. I told her 4.8 is an aftershock in California and we don’t get out of bed for anything under a 5 lol! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️truth! I’m sure it was startling because East Coasters aren’t used to earthquakes. They are sometimes scary! The snow is so beautiful Linda! I enjoyed watching your video with a nice cup of coffee ☕️ ❤

Hi Linda, I absolutely loved everything in my box! I got the Lemon/mint cookies which were so delicious, they are already gone, LOL! The beautiful book went on my coffee table and the cloche into my hutch. I am so happy, I have the other 2 boxes still to come! I really felt the earthquake here in Southern Connecticut. I was reading, so the house was quiet, then heard a fairly loud rumbling sound and then the house shook for about 30 seconds. My husband was outside, and did not feel it, I said to him, "I think we just had and earthquake" and I think he thought I was nuts at first, LOL! I also follow Carla, would love to see you two maybe do a shopping trip and lunch together. Have a nice week. 😊

For us here in California, who have to travel lots of miles to find snow in the mountains, it is all breathtaking. The snow filled road, yard, trees all are cinematic, what you see on a tv screen. Yes-WE did it!! The challenge of facing the weather conditions we experience here in New England is definitely part of what I LOVE about living here-even at 72 yrs old! It WAS a horrendous storm here on the Seacoast but it began melting almost immediately. It used to be we would experience high winds during an occasional storm. Now that happens with almost every storm. I wouldn’t trade this for ANYTHING 😮😊! I’m SO glad you made it to the appointment safely. Yes, it IS magical, especially if you don’t have to go anywhere. The danger is in falling trees and downed wires. I’m SO glad you made it safely!!! Looking at the storefront I think I may be possible for me to order something I’ve wanted for some time 😃. VERY excited!!!

Linda, thank you for this great video. What I enjoyed the most was watching your face light up and smile when talking about all these thoughtful and beautiful items that you select for your theme boxes. It speaks volumes to your loving and generous spirit. You said it at the end, "Love and care has been put into each box." You get so much joy into making other people happy. Living in New York City, I did hear and feel Friday's earthquake. I heard a loud noise which sounded like a motor or engine running. I thought at first it was the oil truck that pulled up to the building with another oil delivery, but when I felt the entire building vibrate for about 15 seconds, I knew that was no oil delivery. Being out here in the bay area of California... I can't imagine those gorgeous , peaceful, piles of fluffy snow making anyone grumpy. It has a hush and tranquility visually, that I would love. At least for a while. I would definitely hate losing trees. But it is truly breathtaking in the video.

We were complaining here in MA over a light dusting of snow, NH really got dumped on by it. We felt the earthquake on Friday morning, everyone had a different story about what they were doing and how it rattled their house at the time it took place. I think a Halloween box would be fun. As a past owner of a main street retailer, I had some fun things in my store! From the local Carmel corn to vintage Halloween napkins, vintage noise makers ,it was endless fun decorating my large shop,in the ( Halloween Capital of the World) my hometown is known for.One small little thing,that I had on my checkout counter in a dish was, little pewter acorns. They came with a little saying about luck or good fortune, I can’t quite remember now. Boy, I sold dozens each Fall season!

Linda, another idea you can buy wood fineals to match your wood bed frame and have a woodworker put them on a lathe for you- woodturn into bees, beehives, or whatever. Then stain the wood to match your bed frame. Voila!

Lovely items in the Spring into Summer box - thanks for sharing. Love the small votive candle under the cloche and the viewer's idea of placing one of her mom's brooches under her cloche to enjoy. Also love the bee skep idea for your bed posts! We had about 8 inches of snow from the latest storm a few days ago, but, as expected, it melted very quickly and essentially is gone now. Wasn't the earthquake eerie? Being in NY about 180 miles from the epicenter, it only lasted for a few seconds here, but I wondered why I suddenly felt it and saw the walls around me wiggling slightly when I wasn't! Such an odd sensation, but very glad there wasn't any major damage. Happy Spring!

Love seeing what’s in these boxes but I know they’re a lot of work and logistics for you and thus limited quantities. Was wondering if you’d also consider doing some smaller seasonal “mini” boxes or containers for people who miss out on the larger ones or want to spend less but still enjoy a NEFL style celebration 😊. You could maybe try out the concept for the minor holidays - e.g, flowerpot and seed packet for Mother’s Day or Valentine card and cookie, etc.

Things you’ve discovered about NE that were unexpected by you; interesting/humorous stories about unique NE individuals {names can remain anonymous} that you’ve encountered; always love discovering any stories historical to the area that aren’t well-known. Or, perhaps, a visit & tour of a completely unique NE old-time restaurant - maybe including being taught to make one of their special dishes. Maybe Linda & Carla take a class to learn a new craft. I’d like to experience the Currier Museum of Art through you girls. I love the idea of the two of you coming together occasionally for day trips, or to teach us something NE style, whether it’s a dish you cook together or planting in the garden together or crafting together.
