Yes in America we call a large all-in-one dish meal a casserole. Like Broccoli, cheese and rice casserole. It's usually put in a 13x9 inch baking dish or even a two quart baking dish.

If you are having a tough time memorising La Fourchette just remember that almost all forks have 4 sticks in front so just think of that,this tip is given to make it more easy to remember.
