500 gms Pork (preferably with fat, cut into bite size pieces)
Marination :
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
Other Ingredients :
3 tbsp Coconut Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
2 tbsp Coconut slices
50 gms Shallots (sliced)
100 gms Onions (sliced)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf) - crushed
1 sprig Curry Leaves
1 tsp Coriander Powder (dhania powder)
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tsp Vinegar
75 ml Hot Water
5 to 6 cloves of Garlic (crushed)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 to 3 nos. Green Chillies (slit)
1 sprig Curry Leaves
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
