I'm looking at that salmon and shaking my head. The salmon looks like it was frozen and then cooked in a microwave oven. A waste of a good salmon fillet. Finely chop a clove of garlic and a couple of green onions. Rub some dill, pepper, and paprika, get the butter in the pan nice and hot. Put everything in and cook on high heat about 5 minutes. Flip the salmon, another 5 minutes. Put on a plate and add a simple side or two, and delicious is the result. If you want to get fancy, stuff the salmon with garlic shrimp and grill over Mesquite bark. Serve with rice and a good sauce Hollandaise. Easy and delicious.
