would you recommend the scoop for first timers? im looking to get into foiling soon
@Makuba19922 жыл бұрын
Hey Jake, Chill vlog, can I ask what front wing and mast size you use? I wan to start foiling this summer and looking for a setup. Do you prefer the scoop over the sense and if so why?
@JakeKelsick2 жыл бұрын
Whoop! Foil is 85cm paired up with the 1150 sonar wing and the scoop is a really nice board a bit more performance driven than the sense. Sense is great if you are starting out though.

I'm gong with the C700 fuselage. Do You recomendaciones me to change to the C600 for kitefoil. Also I ride a MA1050. Thank you

the 700 fuse is a nice beginner / easy option. The 600 gives the foil a bit more pump and turn ability also makes tacks easier.

what kind of relaunch was at 09.21 :)
@JakeKelsick2 жыл бұрын
Not sure if it has a name but works really good foiling and in light wind. You basically use the two back lines to and the bar all the way in get it up and the release one line to go left or right. Super fun fun way to relaunch in light winds

Hey jake love your videos! One question: is there a place where you store your gopro when you're not actively filming with it? I'd like to buy one myself but can't see myself kiting with one hand or with it in my mouth 24/7. Btw you're a beast

Yew! I use this mount for my GoPro amzn.to/3mD2LrP which allows me to clip it on my board shorts / pop in in my pocket. Also started clipping it on to my leash which is also nice but kind of limits your shred ability as you don’t want to wreck the camera. Always give and take when you have a camera with you will never be the same shred ability as without but usually worth it if it’s a nice day and you get some shots 🤘🏻
