Kitesurfing in Hua Hin, Thailand - As tough as it looks?

Today, I share with you my experience with kitesurfing! My first two lessons were mainly about kite control. I have actual footage coming in my next video in this experience. Kitesurfing season in Hua Hin, Thailand, typically runs from December to April, offering ideal conditions for enthusiasts of the sport. During these months, Hua Hin experiences steady winds ranging from 15 to 25 knots, coupled with warm temperatures and relatively flat water, making it perfect for both beginners and advanced kitesurfers. The area has several kitesurfing schools and rental shops, providing ample opportunities for lessons and equipment rentals. My instructor's name is "Meow."

Hi .--- great video! one question --- this isn't hua hin main beach right? i cannot remember the islands --- is this pranburi 20 km south of hua hin by any chance? with a north wind.. lol

@coehlcke1 Hi there!!! This is south Hua Hin by Khao Tao Lake :) winds were coming from the south west on this day! I love this area and live not far from it!

How much does each lesson cost?

Lessons can range from 1200- 2000 baht per hour... I got a special rate since I am a member of Hua Hin Ladies Group :)

My kitesurfing lesson in Hua hin would have been impossible, either there was no wind or there were no instructors😢

@coehlcke1 depends.... if you want to be close to everything, then Hua Hin... if you want more quiet or be near more traditional Thai area, then Pranburi...
