Kitten Mittens is a miniature cousin of Wrecks from Battlebots season 2015 and 2016. I love that battlebot and nice to see another bot share the design.

Looks like a battery. Bots aren’t typically given weight outside of armor/structure and electronics components. The game is to add as many things while staying under the required weight

Kitten Mittens runs two 4s batteries in parallel. Only one is needed to run the robot. The robot draws a lot less current than I originally expected so it only needs one battery, but two is nice for redundancy and fast turn around time in between matches. With two batteries it can run two matches without charging if needed.

@@42grath Yeah. Son of Kram was pretty dominate. I forgot to put adhesive on the self righing horn which would have helped reduce the time it takes to self right. I forgot what it's like to fight on a steel floor.

@@42grath Yeah, Rickety Cricket is the beetle. Kitten Mittens is the hobbyweight. I prefer running gyro walkers on a wooden floor. It gives the feet and self righting horn more traction.
