It's like you can read my mind. During those kickbacks I was so bored and you said "It's normal to think about this and that during those moves but they are just as important as those high intensity ones". Thank you!

THEY ARE!! And that is where we get a little bit of meditation in, reminding ourselves to stay present and in the moment as working out is such a wonderful gift for our bodies and is time for our minds to stay engaged in kicking booty and not on all the other craziness in our brains 🤗💜💜💜 stay sparkly!!!

Well, before the workout, I could definitely feel my hammies. But now.....RAWWRRRRRRR! So many more muscly parts are singing to me! My friend brought a shirt the other day and I thought it was awesome motivation: STRONGER THAN YESTERDAY. I need one now that says STRONGER THAN 48.02 minutes ago!! Wise words, Kat. The future cannot be 'improved' upon with science and technology alone. These solutions can be the problem because they ignore the root cause of many problems! The greatest force is LOVE. We all most definitely need to learn to love ourselves soooo much more. Imagine a world where more people actually love themselves. How healthy, life-affirming self love (hey oh) can make a positive difference and create a more creative, fun, just and fair world, where people are put before profit and ALL lives actually matter. Where people are respected as people instead of being statistics. Ahhhhhhhh! [deep happy sigh]. Just reading a book by Neil Gaiman called Art Matters and one thing he mentions is that we need a world where people imagine things can be different. Dream big. Love others. Love yo self ;op Thanks for another sweaty one, Kat. Love you squillions. Love everyone squillions. Love my self squillions too. May you all be happy, be healthy, be free, live with ease (and bucketloads of giggles)! xXx

omg, that shirt idea. YES. hahaha. But it needs to be a shirt that you can change the time daily XD. FO REALZ. That world is so ethereally wonderful. There would be so much happiness on the daily for everyone! I love Neil Gaiman! I haven't read that book yet but now I need to.

Sweating... shaking..sweating..shaking..done! DAMN I FEEL GOOD!!! Thanks for making me want to get on my mat and workout with you everyday. Few years behind but hopefully you're still going strong. Looking forward to the day I can complete this using 10 lbs. and having rocking arms like you.

Not at 10 lbs. yet but getting there... I think I started with 2 lbs. 7months ago and rocked it with 8lbs today, which is the heaviest I have so I hope to HAVE to buy heavier weights soon

2 hooks back lunge hop🔥🔥🔥 loved the roll up variation those are so fun and then at the end OOOOO EEEEEEE ✨modifying less and less✨ ♥️

I really like the stabilizer movement with the star! It seems so easy without using a weight, but man it works so well.

I totally feel the stretch in my front leg in the runner's lunge! So I didn't do this when you posted it, but I am determined to do each and every workout in this challenge :) You're awesome Kat and your efforts and workout are very much appreciated!!! Rawrrrrr!!!!!!

Yay! Day 15 done and high humidity did not defeat me. My eyes were stinging a bit in the plank positions because, well, sweat. :) I like the strength/cardio combo and longer duration! Now a 2 day break for camping and back on Monday for day 16. Thanks Kat!!!

Your workouts are (yes, I've siad this before, but I truly mean it!) the BEST!! No repeat moves (except in tabata, understandably), which I personally like. It makes a 45- minute workout go by so quickly!! Kat, you deserve more shoutouts than I can give you and WAAAAAYYY more subs than what you currently have!!! Your positive outlook on life is contagious, and your workouts are fun and effective. I went back to a different channel Saturday to do a workout for that day and it just wasn't the same. Seriously. I did 30 of the 50 minutes of it and told myself several times during, "I should have done one of Kat's." I won't be making that same mistake again, that's for sure!! Your intensity matches your positivity, and it's hard to find that anywhere else. You may have had a hard time expressing yourself in words at the end, but don't worry. Your message was loud and clear. Thank you, Ms. RAWR, for this workout and for all the others!! I can't wait to see what you have planned for tomorrow!! 💪

day 15 done! oooh, long one today...but nice mix of everything, again - with no repeats so it flew by! not going to double up with day 16 b/c it's already late & I see day 16 has "crazy" & "cardio"...so it'll probably be jumpy & loud for my downstairs neighbor, but going to try to find something quiet to finish the day with!

I thought 45 mins was going to be a challenge just because I haven't done a workout that long before, but once I lost myself in the moves it was enjoyable! I am so happy to have this whole program to revisit anytime. thank you

@@KittyHugFitness the lunge with bicep curl, single leg deadlift then raise the arm w/ a wt., lunge and boxing arms (I have seen that one before too but I love it) jack w/wt. push up and sides, single leg lunge and arm swing w/wt., squat to curtsy lunge (that is the modifier move), one leg lunge w/wt then front kick, single leg raise then out to the side :):)

I always have a tough time with stabilizing on my left leg! I have a horrible habit of using my right leg more than my left so its a lot stronger haha. But Kat, i gotta say, i really love you and your videos. Your emphasis on overall health and mindfulness of mental and physical states give me so much light, i love it. Thank you for being you! Youre an inspiration on so many levels!! 💕

This was great! I feel as though I used each and every muscle in my body. The rollback to curtsy was so fun I may just incorporate into my everyday life! This may have been my favorite so far, which is saying a whole lot, since I actively avoid any workouts longer than 30 minutes. Really looking forward to the second half of the challenge!✌️❤️💪

Today I learned how unfit I am by having to run across campus for my classes on the 1st day. Now classes are over so I'm ready to kill this workout!! >:) I WILL get to the point where I can run across campus without being out of breath!! (And gain muscle in the process :D )
