Ingredients] (for 2 servings)
1 cup squid
2 balls of yakisoba noodles
100 g cabbage
100 g bean sprouts
10 g chives
2 garlic cloves
2.5 tablespoons soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons oyster sauce (about 2:1 ratio of soy sauce and oyster sauce. Increase or decrease depending on the amount of ingredients)
1 tablespoon sake
A pinch of black pepper

Recipe
1) Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Mince 1 garlic clove. Cut chives into chunks.
2) Cut up the squid. Keep the liver.
③Mix seasonings, grated garlic and squid liver to make sauce.
(4) Cook the noodles for 1 minute at 600w, add 1.5 tablespoons of sesame oil to the frying pan and cook for 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side. Remove the cooked noodles.
Add the garlic and stir-fry over low heat to release its aroma, then add the squid and stir-fry until about 50% cooked through.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry further. ⑥ Add the noodles and stir to combine, then pour in the sauce from the bottom of the pan.
Add the bean sprouts and chives and lightly stir-fry to complete the dish.
