Ive watched this so many times... Its so sad but happy at the same time. The kiwi bird gets to enjoy his last moments as he feels like he is flying. He spent years (probably) to nail all those trees there, and now he gets to feel what its like to fly. Its happy, but sad... He spends his last moments in love and happiness... I love that bird.

"Depressing" is really negative - hence say equals -1. Now, since we have the most depressing song AND short, substituting for the absolute values yields: -1 x (-1) = 1 See? The final outcome is positive!

Personally I don't think Kiwi is that bad. Sure you can look at it the sad way, but if you think hard enough there's some positive outcome to the seemingly depressing situation. For example, the kiwi only wanted what it was like to fly, and it's dream came true! Most people would kill to be like him who are not lucky enough to find their purpose. Plus when the bird jumped off the cliff and was seen with a single tear drip from his eye? That didn't necessarily mean it was regretting it's decision. For all I know it could be tears of joy, which makes sense when you add the fact that he wants to be fly.

For me, there's really no sad story behind this: kiwi lived his dream and fulfilled so by working hard. last week at school for homework my teacher told us to bring a sad vídeo with a great mesage. every one took war vídeos, cáncer vídeos, accidents, ect... I took this one, when the teacher played it, at the begining they laughted and i felt kind of bad. But at as vídeo whent on they when quiet and at the end they cried. This is a deep vídeos with a great mesage, that bird never gave up on his dream ( to fly) even if that dream cost him his life :(
