@JaySoKnown there is a nice video that sums it up, its on my favorites, so if you really want to know go check it, as for the rainbow, its just light that goes trough drops of water making separate into the light's visible spectrum colors that the human can see

@fockya Acctually, they aren't, because they have highly developed survival tricks and skills. First off, they're nocturnal, so many predators cannot see them. Secondly, they take advantage of branches and terrain to fool a pursuer :D The reason why the Kiwi is almost extinct is because the chicks do not have this form of survival skills, and do not know have to get away
