That's why black single motherhood rates have been the same for more or less a hundred years--there is too much petty shit preventing people from realizing the problems with their own communities. It's a doctrine that one must be raised with and the Democrats have been more than happy to oblige. It's called the Democratic plantation for a reason--there is a dependency that will continue to be in place until the black population can better its socio-economic situation PERMANENTLY (NOT WELFARE). The authority of absolute divorce and absolute separation or "freedom" of separation when there is a child involved is just one of many ways that Democrats entrap blacks in this generational cycle. If 'Dad' were forced to stick around until the kid were 16, that kid is already at MUCH MUCH LESS RISK (and I'd bet the same for the father).
