What is the piece called that you move to make the diffriental start to work, this was such a cool build dude

Its called an axle shaft and the yellow piece it's connected to is called a 24 tooth gear.

What pieces do you use to lock the differential? (the grey white and red gear/axle connector) or what set do they come from? i cant seem to find them
