Knee fluid: osteoarthritis

I just had that done myself today. The first knee was barely any pain and had fluid about half that much, yet the second knee was more painful, had twice as much fluid, and it was more yellow than light green. I was so frustrated with the osteoarthritis I've had for the past 3-4 years, yet now with the fluid drain image and cortisone injections, I feel much better and that's without medicine
