The hamstring. Many physical therapists or athletic trainers will tell you to strengthen the gluts to avoid knee pain which is correct; however, the gluts are only an indirect effector of the knee while the hamstrings connect directly too it. More often than not, someone with knee pain also has improper hamstring activation.

This was great, I've been looking for "aching knee cap" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Jeneah Lansaiah Framework - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy got great success with it.

Wow this is so informative! It is so hard not to engage quad! But knowing now what to do I'll kewp practicing. I have spody grade 1 & I hv pelvic issues and pain down my leg. I think.this will help!
