Hey....I have a lady that has tight IT band, who attends my group fitness....we tried to do these kneeling squats but she found them difficult/painful. Can you recommend a similar exercise that she might find more comfortable? Many thanks :-)

Is it safe for someone with a tilted pelvis to still perform squats or should they avoid them ?

In yoga this is a post meal asana called vajra asana and half camel pose. It has really helped my knee

I know this is a lot of quads . But what about the hamstrings ? Is this exercise good for the hammies ?

The core posterior kinetic chain activation pattern we are grooving with this motion is driven as follows: 50% gluteals and pelvic stabilizers, 25% hamstrings and 25% lumbar spine erectors. Proficiency in motion, or lack there of, can alter this pattern significantly.

I hear cracks in my knee and a little bit of pain when i go too deep. Im 17 years old. Got injury 2 years ago. Is it okay to progress and do it regurarly?

Sounds are not problematic. Increasing pain with increasing cracking sounds should be investigated.

this channel still active? this suppsed to stretch hams n glutes or quads in the excentric, I can stretch both but not at the same time (depends of how I do n focus) im broken?

More to free up the pelvis to tilt posterior and wake up the gluteals.

This is a great vídeo! I actually don't have any knee pain but I do have hip labral tears and regular squats cause me pain but this version doesn't! Thank you 😃
